Rimbun Project (2023–present)
Founder & Animation Director
Rimbun Project is a participatory art initiative that invites people to draw freely based on their imagination. These drawings are then animated by our team and turned into short films, public installations, and exhibitions. The project grows like its name, Rimbun, which in Indonesian means “lush” or “dense with life” — reflecting the spirit of continuous growth, diversity, and community.
We’ve collaborated with schools, art festivals, and public spaces to create a growing archive of animated drawings that represent environmental, social, and fantastical themes — all from the perspective of children.
